During the five days of the National Selection Conference, the delegates will be split up into a total of ten committees, each dealing with a different political issue. The majority of the committee topics hereby centre on the general theme of the session: ”Civil rights in a diverse Europe‘.

The 18th National Selection Conference of EYP Switzerland, presided by Mr. Niall Murphy from Ireland, has now officially opened the call for Vice-Presidents, Chairs, Editors and Journalists. The different committee topics are constructed around the general theme of ‘Civil rights in a diverse Europe‘ .
Find all information you need to know in the Call for Officials and find the Application Form here. Application deadline for VPs, Chairpersons and Editors is June 8, for Video Editors and Journalist June 20.

The registration deadline for our 18th National Selection Conference is coming closer!
If you are a high school student and would like to apply, make sure to gather a group of 4-6 people, go to http://eyp.ch/fribourg2014/ and follow our step by step application guide. You have until May 23 to send in your application, so better hurry up!

The Academic Forum in Marburg in Germany is precisely for people over 18 that have wanted to be a delegate again in an academically highly stimulating experience. Take the opportunity to relive the most enjoyable position in EYP and apply to attend this session!

EYP Switzerland is launching the call for chairpersons and vice-presidents for the four one-day regional sessions 2014. We are looking for 8-10 chairpersons and 2 Vice-Presidents at each of the four sessions taking place in Bern, Basel, Zurich and Geneva.
Alumni of EYP – both from Switzerland and abroad – are invited to apply as a chairperson and if wished also as a vice-president using this form until 30 January 2014. We would like to actively encourage also first-time chairpersons to apply for this position.
Not an alumni of EYP yet, but you would want to become one? If you want to take part in the Regional Sessions as a delegate, please sign up your delegation (4–6 students from your high school) using this form until 31 January. More information on the Regional Sessions can be found here.

EYP Switzerland invites all its members to the Annual General Meeting 2014. During the AGM, all members of EYP Switzerland have the chance to elect the new Board, adopt the annual budget and ask the board on its work in 2013.
