EYP Switzerland is launching the call for chairpersons and vice-presidents for the four one-day regional sessions 2014. We are looking for 8-10 chairpersons and 2 Vice-Presidents at each of the four sessions taking place in Bern, Basel, Zurich and Geneva. Alumni of EYP – both from Switzerland and abroad – are invited to apply as a chairperson and if wished also as a vice-president using this form until 30 January 2014. During the AGM, all members of EYP Switzerland have the chance to elect the new Board, adopt the annual budget and ask the board on its work in 2013. 18th National Selection Conference bid selected: Fribourg 2014!

After evaluating the two excellent bids received, the board is thrilled to announce that the 18th National Selection Conference of EYP Switzerland will take place in Fribourg. The bid submitted by Head Organisers Matthieu Loup and Riccardo Passarella showed their experience, competence and enthusiasm for bringing EYP Switzerland's largest event of 2014 back to Fribourg. Regional Sessions: Call for Organisers

This Spring, EYP  Switzerland is proud to host its third round of Regional Sessions. We are now holding an open call for Organisers to join the Head Organisers in making these four Regional Sessions as good as last year’s. Helping to organise a Regional Session is a great way to foster EYP in your own area. The regional sessions will take place in four Swiss cities during February and March 2014. Looking back on Zurich 2013

Zurich 2013, the 73rd International Session of the EYP, was an enriching experience for all its participants and thus a resounding success for the entire organisation. Zurich 2013 officially opened

  The 73rd International Session of the EYP was officially opened this Monday in Zurich in presence of European Commissioner Androulla Vassiliou and Government Councillor Regine Aeppli.  The European Youth Parliament was graced with the opportunity to open its 73rd International Session in presence of Androulla Vassiliou European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth.
