Great News from Laax 2016

The  83rd International Session of the European Youth Parliament in Laax GR has reached a crucial milestone: the official Green Light of the Governing Body of the EYP! Thereby the Governing Body acknowledges the advanced state of the organisation process as well as the healthy financial situation and definitely confirms that the Session will take place as planned in October 2016. Regional Sessions 2016: Call for Delegates is open!

It is our greatest pleasure to officially open the Call for Delegates for the upcoming Regional Sessions of EYP Switzerland! The Sessions will take place in Basel, Bern, Lausanne and Zurich in March and April 2016. For the first time, the Call is now open to every secondary school student in Switzerland (Gymnasium, Kantonsschule, Sekundarschule, Berufsschule, ...)! Bern 2015 is officially open

Yesterday, the Opening Ceremony of Bern2015, the 19th National Selection Conference of EYP Switzerland, took place. EYP Switzerland was honoured to welcome remarkable guest speakers: Adolf Muschg, contemporary Swiss writer, shared his thaughts about the past and the present of Europe with the participants. Furthermore, we were warmly adressed by Reto Nause, city councillor of Bern, and André Lorenzetti welcomed us on behalf of the Gymnasium Kirchenfeld. Results of the EGM

On Sunday, 19th of April, our alumni met in Aarau for an Extraordinary General Meeting and for an Easter Brunch. As the past Board Member on Finances and Membership, Mohamed Atiek, is leaving us, we are happy to announce that Riccardo Passarella has been elected to take over this mandate.
